What type of paper is used for your prints?
All of my prints are printed on high quality Giclée paper called Canson Baryta. This is a medium weight paper with white, smooth base and is perfect for capturing the colours accurately.
Is your print process carbon neutral?
Yes it is. All printing is handled by The Print Space in London, and as of July 2019, they have been an end-to-end carbon neutral service, minimising their energy usage as much as possible and using renewable energy suppliers.

Additionally, The Print Space supports the World Land Trust international conservation charity, whose patron is Sir David Attenborough. The charity works to protect and manage natural ecosystems in a sustainable way, across more than 20 countries.
Are your prints only available to purchase in the UK?
No, all prints are available worldwide. Delivery is free to all UK and EU destinations, and shipping for outside the UK and EU is determined dependant on the country. This is calculated at the point of checkout, to ensure you receive your print as quickly and securely as possible.
How will my print be delivered?
All small prints are securely packaged in a protective envelope, with card stiffeners and protective sleeves to ensure the prints are not damaged during the shipping process.
All medium prints are securely packaged in a hardboard tube, with an outer card protection around the prints and bubble wrap on each end to ensure maximum protection for the prints during transit.
What delivery method is used for your prints?
If you are ordering within the EU or United Kingdom, then all prints will be shipped to you via Royal Mail Services.
For the United States, Canada, or the rest of the world, prints will be shipped to you via DHL Courier Services, to ensure your print is safe and secure throughout transit, and arrives with you in a timely manner.
What are the estimated delivery times?

What print sizes do you offer?
At present there are two different sizes available for my prints:
SMALL:
10.4" x 12.9" (26.42cm x32.77cm) (including 0.2" (0.51cm) white border)
MEDIUM:
23.2" x 28.8" (58.9cm x73.15cm) (including 0.4" (1cm) white border)
If you are looking for a specific size however, please contact me so we can discuss this.
What does limited edition mean?
All of my prints are currently available as limited editions for each size. This means that once they are sold out, they won't be available to purchase again.

For small prints, these are limited editions of 100 prints per photograph, and for medium prints, these are limited editions of 50 prints per photograph.

Each of my prints includes an exclusive certificate with hologram, signature and edition series, when purchased.
Guarantee policy
My ultimate goal is for you to be 100% happy with your purchase. However, should you not be entirely satisfied with your print, I will endeavour to resolve this for you as soon as possible. Please note straight refunds are not accepted as these are limited edition prints, however in the event you wish to exchange your print for a different one of the same value, you will need to contact me within 14 days of purchase to request this. You will need to cover the shipping charge in this instance.

If your print arrived damaged during transit, then I will be more than happy to send you a brand new print free of charge. To process this as swiftly as possible for you, please email me with a photo of the damaged package, an image of the print and an image of your certificate of authenticity.
